Firecracker HQ2
Firecracker HQ2 sees the transformation of a 450sqm mechanic warehouse in Northcote into a vibrant studio and kitchen space.
The design utilises the existing forms on site and injects splashes of colour into this monochromic industrial space.
A sunken lounge, complete with wood burning fireplace, redefines the original mechanic pit as a space for gathering and the sharing of ideas. Custom metal windows draw from the industrial aesthetics of the past updated with archs and brass ‘Dowel Jones’ light fittings.
